While we do offer remote internships, we strongly recommend an on-site or hybrid arrangement (at least once a week, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) for training sessions. 🏢💻
We typically do not encourage fully remote positions for the following reasons:
Some real-time modules require on-site involvement due to client confidentiality and 🔒 restrictions on sharing code via platforms like GitHub.
In our experience, remote interns have struggled to meet the 6-8 hour daily commitment required by the university, and some have resorted to copying code (from AI Tools) without fully understanding it.
